Venue Fees definition

Venue Fees means the fees, charges and commissions applied in respect of services provided using ICAP Securities OTF, as established by Operator from time to time.
Venue Fees means the fees, charges and commissions applied in respect of services provided using the Tullett Prebon Europe MTF, as established by the Operator from time to time.

  • PAEs can also benefit from exploiting high litigation costs even when they do not hold up the defendant.

  • Any extension (authorised or otherwise) may incur Additional Charges as MTT, in its sole discretion, considers appropriate in the circumstances to cover extra expenses incurred and additional Venue Fees.

  • These costs comprise Venue Fees and Sponsor/Exhibitor Brochures costs.

Related to Venue Fees

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • L/C Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(c).

  • Closing Fees means those fees required to be paid on the Closing Date pursuant to the Fee Letter.

  • Upfront Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 hereof.
