After giving the Hirer reasonable notice, CAC may at the Hirer’s cost do anything which the Hirer should have done under the Venue Hire Agreement but which it has not done or which CAC reasonably considers it has not done properly (such costs may be deducted from the Bond).
If the Hirer accepts the Event Quotation, upon acceptance, a Venue Hire Agreement will come into existence and CAC will raise a tax invoice for the Hire Fees.
