Verapamil Agreement definition

Verapamil Agreement means the Amended and Restated License and Supply Agreement by and between Xxxxxx Laboratories, Inc. and Elan Corporation plc, as predecessor in interest to Recro Gainesville LLC, dated as of June 26, 2003.

Verapamil Agreement means the Amended and Restated License and Supply Agreement by and between Xxxxxx Laboratories, Inc. and Elan Corporation plc, as predecessor in interest to Societal CDMO Gainesville LLC (f/k/a Recro Gainesville LLC), dated as of June 26, 2003, as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Related to Verapamil Agreement

  • Assignment of Management Agreement means the Assignment of Management Agreement and Subordination of Management Fees, dated the same date as this Loan Agreement, among Borrower, Lender and Property Manager, including all schedules, riders, allonges and addenda, as such Assignment of Management Agreement may be amended from time to time, and any future Assignment of Management Agreement and Subordination of Management Fees executed in accordance with Section 6.09(d).

  • Reciprocal agreement means an agreement between this state and a higher education compact or 1 or more other states that allows participating colleges to provide distance education to residents of this state and other member states under this act.

  • Standstill Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.03.
