Verification Portal definition

Verification Portal means the access point for Documents and other Transaction information made available by Notarize through the Platform.
Verification Portal means the Service that provides access to Documents and related session information and records, as Notarize may make available.
Verification Portal shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(a). For all purposes of this Trust Agreement, capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the respective Credit Agreement and respective Security Agreement relating to the applicable loan.
