Verra Registry definition

Verra Registry means the registry used by Verra that ensures all required Project and program documents have been submitted, maintains accounts of VCUs, issues and ensures the seamless flow of VCUs between registry accounts, and maintains custody and records of VCU legal ownership;

Verra Registry means a registry operating within the Verra Registry System and holding a current registry approval from Verra, which interacts with the Verra Project Database to issue VCUs, and which holds, transfers (to and from other Verra Registries), retires, suspends, cancels and provides custodial services for VCUs on behalf of its Accountholders;
