Vertical Asset definition

Vertical Asset means any Pole, cellular tower, building, water tower, granary, or other structure capable of being used to deploy any Communications Service.
Vertical Asset means utility poles; water tanks; cell phone, radio, water, and other towers; and tall buildings (including steeples). Customer Premise Equipment shall not be considered a Vertical Asset for the purposes of this Agreement.
Vertical Asset means an asset within a building or facility often comprised of multiple components, also known as an above-ground asset. In the context of the water industry, this typically refers to assets within pump stations, treatment plants, and may include other facilities, such as storage facilities.

  • Residual disinfectant concentration means the concentration of disinfectant measured in mg/L in a representative sample of water.

  • Initial assessed value means the assessed value, as equalized, of all the taxable property within the boundaries of the development area at the time the resolution establishing the tax increment financing plan is approved as shown by the most recent assessment roll of the municipality for which equalization has been completed at the time the resolution is adopted.   • Activated reserve components means members of the reserve component of the uniformed services who have received a notice of intent to deploy or mobilize under Title 10 of the United States Code, Title 32 of the United States Code, or state mobilization to active duty.

  • REO means a Mortgaged Property that is acquired by the Trust in foreclosure or by deed in lieu of foreclosure.

  • Hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) means a hybrid vehicle where one of the propulsion energy converters is an electric machine.
