Vertical Asset definition

Vertical Asset means any Pole, cellular tower, building, water tower, granary, or other structure capable of being used to deploy any Communications Service.
Vertical Asset means utility poles; water tanks; cell phone, radio, water, and other towers; and tall buildings (including steeples). Customer Premise Equipment shall not be considered a Vertical Asset for the purposes of this Agreement.
