Examples of Vested Restricted Share Unit in a sentence

  • Subject to the remaining provisions of this Section 6, on the Redemption Date for each Vested Restricted Share Unit, the Company shall redeem all such Vested Restricted Share Units by issuing a share certificate in the name of the Designated Participant evidencing the Common Shares issued to the Designated Participant in respect of the Vested Restricted Share Units, each Vested Restricted Share Unit being redeemed for one Common Share.

  • If a Vested Restricted Share Unit would otherwise be redeemed during a Blackout Period or within 5 business days after the date on which the Blackout Period ends, then, notwithstanding any other provision of the Plan, the Vested Restricted Share Unit shall instead be redeemed on the date which is 10 business days after the date on which the Blackout Period ends.

  • If a Vested Restricted Share Unit would otherwise be redeemed during a Blackout Period or within 2 business days after the date on which the Blackout Period ends, then, notwithstanding any other provision of the Plan, the Vested Restricted Share Unit shall instead be redeemed on the date which is the 2nd business day after the date on which the Blackout Period ends.

  • No Shares covered by a Restricted Share Unit shall be delivered to Executive until the Restricted Share Unit becomes a Vested Restricted Share Unit.

  • Fractional Shares shall not be issued and where a RSU Participant would be entitled to receive a fractional Share in respect of any fractional Vested Restricted Share Unit, the Corporation shall pay to such RSU Participant, in lieu of such fractional Share, cash equal to the Vesting Date Value as at the Trigger Date of such fractional Share.

  • No payment shall be made with respect to a Restricted Share Unit except to the extent that it has become a Vested Restricted Share Unit.

  • If the Corporation and Employer exercise their discretion to settle a Restricted Share Unit in Shares, any fractional Restricted Share Unit that becomes a Vested Restricted Share Unit shall be rounded down at the time Shares are issued in settlement of such Restricted Share Unit.

  • Any fraction of a Vested Restricted Share Unit to be distributed shall be converted into an amount in cash equal to the closing price of one share of the Company’s Common Stock on the trading day preceding the date of distribution multiplied by such fraction and such cash shall be distributed to the Participant.

  • At the time of any distribution, each Vested Restricted Share Unit under the Participant’s Account shall be converted into one share of the Company’s Common Stock and such share shall be distributed to the Participant.

Related to Vested Restricted Share Unit

  • Restricted Share Unit means the right granted to a Participant pursuant to Article 7 to receive a Share at a future date.

  • Deferred Share Unit or “DSU” means a unit equivalent in value to a Share, credited by means of a bookkeeping entry in the books of the Corporation in accordance with Article 7;
