Vested Restricted Stock means any Restricted Stock that, as of immediately prior the Effective Date, has vested (but remains unsettled) in accordance with the terms of the applicable Equity Incentive Plan and Restricted Stock Award Agreement.
Vested Restricted Stock means shares of Restricted Stock that are not subject to forfeiture under the terms of this Agreement. To the extent there is a conflict between the definition given to a defined term in this Agreement, the Plan and the Employment Agreement, the definition in the Employment Agreement shall control, or if no definition is contained in the Employment Agreement, the definition in the Plan shall control.
Vested Restricted Stock means Restricted Stock that has vested in accordance with the applicable Restricted Stock Agreement.

More Definitions of Vested Restricted Stock
Vested Restricted Stock will mean the shares of Restricted Stock as to which the Restriction Period has lapsed in accordance with Section 3.

Vested Restricted Stock means Company Shares originally acquired by a Management Stockholder in the form of Restricted Stock but as to which the forfeiture or repurchase restrictions originally applicable to such Company Shares (other than such restrictions as may apply pursuant to this Agreement) have lapsed.
Vested Restricted Stock means shares of Restricted Stock that are no longer subject to forfeiture under the terms of this Agreement, except for forfeiture under Section 4 below.
