The Vexatious Behaviour and Harassment Policy is being amended slightly so that it captures everyone, including non BJA members.
Vexatious Behaviour – Where the Assessment Panel determine that refusal to reach an agreement from either party is based on vexatious behaviour, then they have the option to impose an outcome decision as a conclusion of the complaints process, setting out the evidence of vexatious behaviour by either party and referring their recommendation to the Chair of ACC (see also vexatious concerns and complaints in the General Points section above).
