VHDA Monitoring Fee definition

VHDA Monitoring Fee means the annual fee paid by the Borrower to VHDA in the amount equal to $35 per tax-credit qualified residential apartment units in the Arlington View Terrace East Apartments complex for each Fiscal Year, commencing on placement in service which is anticipated to occur in 2023 and continuing for fifteen (15) years. Thereafter, the VHDA Monitoring Fee shall mean the annual fee paid by the Borrower to VHDA in the amount equal to$20 per tax-credit qualified residential apartment units in the Arlington View Terrace East Apartments complex for each Fiscal Year for an additional fifteen years.
VHDA Monitoring Fee means the annual fee payable to Virginia Housing Development Authority (“VHDA”) by the Borrower for VHDA’s compliance monitoring services of the Income-Restricted Units. The initial amount of the annual VHDA Monitoring Fee shall be $ , and shall be adjusted each year by the CPI Rate.

Related to VHDA Monitoring Fee

  • Monitoring Fee means the fees payable to the Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(b) below.

  • Processing Fee means the amount to be paid by the Tenderers in consideration of cost of bid document.
