Video Remote Interpreting service or “VRI” will mean an interpreting service that uses video conference technology over dedicated lines or wireless technology offering high-speed, wide-bandwidth video connection that delivers high-quality video images as provided in 28 C.F.R. § 35.160(d).

DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE COMPLIANCE REVIEW The Department is authorized under 28 C.F.R., Part 35, Subpart F to investigate the allegations of the complaints in this matter and to determine the LCSO's compliance with Title II of the ADA and the Title II implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R.
