Village Core definition

Village Core means means the portion of the Project Land containing approximately fifteen (15) acres, more or less, located within the Village, as more fully shown on the Approved Master Plan. 1.103 WSI. “WSI” shall mean Winter Sports, Inc., a Montana corporation. 17 ARTICLE II THE COMPANY 2.1
Village Core means that portion of CDA-3 on the Area Plan lying east of Highway 19A;
Village Core parcels A, B, C, and D, as depicted on the Master Development Plan, but any portion of parcel D which is subdivided and does not contain parking spaces will not be included in the definition of Village Core and, after all parking spaces on parcel D have been relocated, the entirety of parcel D will not be included in the definition of Village Core. Vote: the action of the Company by the Members in accordance with the voting requirement set forth in Article 6, either in meeting assembled (including any meeting described in 7.9) or by minutes of action (or written consent without a meeting).

The purpose of the Company is to (i) exercise predevelopment activities with respect to the Project and (ii) directly (or indirectly through ownership of an interest in a Project Partnership) acquire, obtain, own, manage, develop, operate, finance, sell and otherwise deal with the Project and in all respects act as owner (or as owner of ownership of an interest in a Project Partnership that is the owner) thereof, upon and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any Project Partnership Agreement.

  • South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.

  • Mistletoe Thinning means the removal of designated conifer trees bearing visible mistletoe plants on branches as well as visible plants or infections on the stem.

  • Pistol means any firearm with a barrel less than sixteen inches in length, or is designed to be held and fired by the use of a single hand.

  • L.S.D. means lysergic acid diethylamide.

  • Lot Frontage means lot frontage as defined in Town's Zoning By-law No. 1136 (1987), as amended, or any successor thereto.

  • SOQ means Statement of Qualifications.

  • CDDP means "Community Developmental Disabilities Program".

  • PMU means the Project Management Unit established in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement;

  • Tabarru’ means donation for the purpose of solidarity and cooperation among the Takaful Participants and to be used to help all Takaful Participants in times of misfortune. In the context of the Company, Tabarru’ will be allocated into the Participants’ Risk Fund.

  • Roomer means a person occupying a dwelling unit that lacks a major bathroom or kitchen facility, in a structure where one or more major facilities are used in common by occupants of the dwelling unit and other dwelling units. Major facility in the case of a bathroom means toilet, or either a bath or shower, and in the case of a kitchen means refrigerator, stove or sink.

  • MP means Monongahela Power Company, an Ohio corporation.

  • Medical cannabis card means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.
