Violation of this part definition

Violation of this part or "violates this part" means a violation of this part, the rules promulgated under this part, a permit issued under this part, or a local ordinance enacted under this part.
Violation of this part means any violation of this act or the rules adopted under this act and may be based upon any of the following as of July 1, 2006:

  • Violent offense means a violent offense as defined in RCW 9.94A.030;

  • Violation means the failure of a structure or other development to be fully compliant with the community's floodplain management regulations.   • Violent student means a student under the age of 21 who:

  • Violent criminal activity means any criminal activity that has as one of its elements the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force substantial enough to cause, or be reasonably likely to cause, serious bodily injury or property damage.

  • Intimidation means an unjustified threat or other action that is intended to cause fear or apprehension in a student.
