Visits. With respect to all visits of personnel of one party to the facilities of the other party, the visiting party shall defend and indemnify the other party from all liability, claim or loss for injury to or death of any visiting party's employees or agents which such persons are present at the plant of the other party, and also for damage to the visiting party's property or to the property of any employee or agent of the visiting party which may occur during the presence of any such person at the plant of the other party, regardless of how much damage occurs.
Visits means the total number of visits by the vessel during the applicable period specified in subsection (d)(2)(D); and
Visits means any trip, callout or meeting that the Licensee requests of the Licensor which does not occur at the Licensor’s own business premises. Examples of Visits in a sentence

  • Visits shall not be necessary when the treatment works is not in operation.

  • Visits to all treatment works shall be performed by the permittee, the permittee's representative, or agent five days a week and noted in the operational and maintenance records required by rule 3745-7-09 of the Administrative Code.

More Definitions of Visits

Visits means the number of registered individual workouts for any specified period. A workout is registered when the consumer checks into a class.
Visits means visits by members of the public, including group visits and schools visits.

In compliance with the NJ Department of Labor Child Labor Laws, the school district and business/agency will ensure that the student and parent or guardian understand that the student is not entitled an offer of employment at the conclusion of the career orientation structured learning experience.
