Visits. With respect to all visits of personnel of one party to the facilities of the other party, the visiting party shall defend and indemnify the other party from all liability, claim or loss for injury to or death of any visiting party's employees or agents which such persons are present at the plant of the other party, and also for damage to the visiting party's property or to the property of any employee or agent of the visiting party which may occur during the presence of any such person at the plant of the other party, regardless of how much damage occurs.
Visits means the total number of visits by the vessel during the applicable period specified in subsection (d)(2)(D);
Visits means the number of registered individual workouts for any specified period. A workout is registered when the consumer checks into a class.

Visits. The construction site may not be visited independently for insurance-related reasons. A show flat is expected to be available from spring 2022.

Visits means visits by members of the public, including group visits and schools visits.
Visits as used herein shall mean travel to Electronic Retailers' facilities to appear live on Electronic Retailers' Programming Services to promote or otherwise endorse the Products.
