Voice over Internet Protocol Traffic or “VoIP-PSTN Traffic” is voice communications traffic that utilizes Internet Protocol format for some or all of the transmission of the call.

Voice over Internet Protocol Traffic or “VOIP Traffic” is voice communications traffic that utilizes Internet Protocol format for some or all of the transmission of the call. The Services described in this Attachment B shall only be available to Big River under this Agreement:
(i) when Otelco is providing the Service to itself, (ii) in areas where Otelco is providing such Service to Otelco’s end-user subscribers (except for dialing parity and Local Number Portability), and (iii) subject to the limitations specified herein. To the extent that Otelco does not provide the Services described in this Attachment B to itself or if the requested Service is not available to Otelco’s end-user subscribers, Big River must secure any desired Services under a separate agreement with Otelco or with another provider.
1. Dialing Parity - Section 251(b)(3) Each Party shall provide the other Party with nondiscriminatory access to such services and information as are necessary to allow the other Party to implement local Dialing Parity in accordance with the requirements of Section 251(b)(3) of the Act and implementing regulations adopted by the FCC.

The Services described in this Attachment B shall only be available to CLEC under this Agreement: (i) when ILEC is providing the Service to itself, (ii) in areas where ILEC is providing such Service to ILEC's end-user subscribers (except for dialing parity and Local Number Portability), and (iii) subject to the limitations specified herein. To the extent that ILEC does not provide the Services described in this Attachment B to itself or if the requested Service is not available to ILEC's end-user subscribers, CLEC must secure any desired Services under a separate agreement with ILEC or with another provider.
1. Dialing Parity- Section 251(b)(3) Each Party shall implement local Dialing Parity by insuring that its customers dial the same number of digits to make a local call to customers of the other Party that they dial to make a local call to the customers of the serving Party. Neither Party is required to implement toll Dialing Parity.
Voice over Internet Protocol Traffic or " VoIP Traffic" means Traffic that originates on a network other than the Public Switched Network (PSTN) using Internet Protocol and packet switching technology that is converted to circuit switched technology for termination on the PSTN.
