Voluntary Administration Period definition

Voluntary Administration Period means the period of time commencing on the Appointment Date and concluding on the Effective Date;

Related to Voluntary Administration Period

  • Designated Retirement Account means any retirement plan or account described or qualified under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or a subaccount thereof.

  • Compensation Period has the meaning specified in Section 2.12(c)(ii).

  • Benefits Continuation Period has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(b).

  • Benefit Continuation Period means the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending on the last day of the month in which occurs the earlier of (i) the 24-month anniversary of the Date of Termination and (ii) the date on which you elect coverage for you and your covered dependents under substantially comparable benefit plans of a subsequent employer.

  • Protection Period means the period commencing on the Change in Control Date and ending on the second anniversary thereof.
