Voting Right definition

Voting Right means the right of a member of a company to vote in any meeting of the company or by means of postal ballot;

Voting Right means the right of a Member to vote on any matter at a Meeting of Members or by means of e-voting or postal or physical ballot.

Voting Right has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01.
