Postal Ballot. During financial year ended March 31, 2022, the Company had sought the approval of the shareholders by way of a Special Resolution through notice of postal ballot dated 9th February, 2022 for Re-appointment of Xx. Xxxxxxxx X. Nayak as Independent director for second term, which was duly passed with requisite majority and results were announced on March 28, 2022. Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx (Membership No. FCS 5683), Practicing Company Secretary, was appointed as the Scrutinizer to scrutinize the postal ballot and remote e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner.
