Warrant Terms and Conditions definition

Warrant Terms and Conditions means the Terms and Conditions of the Warrants, each of which are further described in the Safeguard Plan.
Warrant Terms and Conditions means Terms and Conditions Governing Rights and Obligations of the Warrant Issuer and Warrant Holders of the Warrants to Purchase Newly Issued Ordinary Shares of CK Power Public Company Limited No. 1 (including any amendment (if any)) “Warrants” or “CKP-W1” means Warrants to purchase newly issued ordinary shares of CK Power Public Company Limited No.1, which are name-specified and transferable, being offered to existing shareholders who subscribe and make subscription payment for the newly issued ordinary shares, issued and offered to its existing shareholders in proportion to their shareholdings (Rights Offering)
Warrant Terms and Conditions means the Terms and Conditions of the Warrants set forth in the notice published by the Company in the Bulletin des Annonces Legales Obligatoires ("BALO"), as such Warrant Terms and Conditions may be amended or supplemented or supplemented from time to time by the Company in accordance with terms thereof. An English translation of the Warrant Terms and Conditions is available at the Principal Office of the Depositary.
