Safeguard Plan definition

Safeguard Plan means the safeguard procedure (procédure de sauvegarde) before the Commercial Court of Paris under articles L.620-1 ff. of the French Code de commerce approved on or prior to the Restructuring Effective Date with respect to implement the financial restructuring of the Parent.
Safeguard Plan means the plan prepared in the course of, and implemented as a result of, the Safeguard (including all exhibits, supplements, appendices and schedules thereto, and in particular the Term Sheet and the Lock-Up Agreement), in form and substance acceptable to the Ad Hoc Committees, and voted upon on 28 July 2017 by the members of the lenders’ committee (comité des établissements de crédit et assimilés) and the members of the bondholder general meeting (assemblée générale unique des obligataires), pursuant to articles L.626-30-2 and L.626-32 of the French Commercial Code (Code de commerce) as part of the Safeguard.
Safeguard Plan means any one of said Safeguard Plans.

Examples of Safeguard Plan in a sentence

  • Recipient warrants that all statements and information in Exhibit 1, Request and Safeguard Plan and associated correspondence true and correct to the best of my knowledge and understands that their organization is bound by the representations in Exhibit 1.

  • If Recipient designates an alternate Contact Person in Exhibit 1, Request and Safeguard Plan, written notification by Agency to one (1) of the Recipient Contact Persons will satisfy any notification requirement of this Contract.

  • If access identified in the Request and Safeguard Plan in Exhibit 1 is for multiple years, the Recipient shall pay Agency the annual subscription fee for each subsequent contract year within thirty (30) calendar days of the beginning of each contract year.

  • Agency will transfer TWC Information to Recipient only as specified in the Request and Safeguard Plan or by other methods approved in writing in advance by Agency Chief Information Security Officer or his/her designee.

  • Before Agency EAGLE Administration will invite a prospective User, Agency EAGLE Administration must receive from Recipient Contact Person (designated in Exhibit 1, Request and Safeguard Plan) a copy of the completed Texas Workforce Commission User Agreement (“User Agreement”), Attachment C and the Security Training certificate with a completed Transmittal Cover Sheet (“Cover Sheet”), Attachment D.

  • Recipient shall monitor its Users’ access to and use of TWC Information and shall ensure that TWC Information is used only for the following “Limited Purpose” as set forth in Exhibit 1, Request and Safeguard Plan.

  • If Offline access is selected in Exhibit 1, Request and Safeguard Plan, the provisions of this section apply.

  • Recipient shall submit the file electronically in compliance with the Information Technology Department contract listed on Exhibit 1, Request and Safeguard Plan.


More Definitions of Safeguard Plan

Safeguard Plan means the plan dated 31 October 2006 issued by the Eurotunnel Group and containing proposals with respect to the Restructuring including the addendum thereto dated 24 November 2006.
Safeguard Plan means each Environmental Management Plan and Resettlement Action Plan to be prepared in respect of a proposed Sub-project or Scheme, as the case may be, each such plan to be prepared in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Environmental and Social Assessment and Management Framework relating to the environmental protection measures in respect of the Project including procedures for evaluation and preparation of each Safeguard Plan (as necessary), as well as the administrative and monitoring arrangements to ensure implementation of each Safeguard Plan, including any amendments thereto to be concluded from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association.
Safeguard Plan means, collectively, any ESMP, IPDP, RAP and/or other social and environmental measures required under the ESD to be prepared and implemented under an Annual Work Plan pursuant to the ESD.

Related to Safeguard Plan

  • Data Safeguards means the highest industry-standard safeguards (including administrative, physical, technical, and procedural safeguards) against the destruction, loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or alteration of the JBE Data or Confidential Information, and such other related safeguards that are set forth in Applicable Laws, a Statement of Work, or pursuant to JBE policies or procedures.

  • Safeguard means any procedures, practices, or actions with respect to the Project, a Site or Work for the purpose of preventing, mitigating, or containing foreseeable accidents, injuries, damage, release of hazardous material or environmental harm.

  • Standard Plan means the insurance plan with terms and conditions and the benefit schedule equivalent to the minimum compliant product requirements of VHIS, which are from time to time published and subject to regular review by the Government.

  • Technological safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for use of the technology to protect and control access to personal information.

  • Lifeguard means a person defined in paragraph (5) of subdivision (d) of Section 241.

  • Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

  • Safeguarding means measures or controls that are prescribed to protect information systems.

  • Technical safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for its use that 27 protect electronic PHI and control access to it.

  • Source Protection Plan means a drinking water source protection plan prepared under the Clean Water Act, 2006;

  • Physical Safeguards are physical measures, policies, and procedures to protect CONTRACTOR’s electronic information systems and related buildings and equipment, from natural and environmental hazards, and unauthorized intrusion.

  • Internal Procedures means in respect of the making of any one or more entries to, changes in or deletions of any one or more entries in the register at any time (including without limitation, original issuance or registration of transfer of ownership) the minimum number of the Warrant Agent’s internal procedures customary at such time for the entry, change or deletion made to be complete under the operating procedures followed at the time by the Warrant Agent, it being understood that neither preparation and issuance shall constitute part of such procedures for any purpose of this definition;

  • Safeguards Monitoring Report means each report prepared and submitted by the Borrower to ADB that describes progress with implementation of and compliance with the EMP and the RP, including any corrective and preventative actions;

  • Information Technology Systems means all information technology systems, Software, computers, workstations, databases, routers, hubs, switches, networks and other information technology equipment used or held for use in, or otherwise relating to, the Business.

  • Compliance Plan means the compliance obligations, program, and procedures described in this Consent Decree at paragraph 13.

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Compliance Program means the program established by CNYCC to prevent, detect, and address compliance issues that arise with respect to PPS operations, projects or activities.

  • Information Technologies means all information processing and communications-related hardware, Software, supplies, and consumable items that the Supplier is required to supply and install under the Contract.

  • Proprietary Controls means easements or covenants running with the land that (a) limit land, water, or other resource use and/or provide access rights and (b) are created pursuant to common law or statutory law by an instrument that is recorded in the appropriate land records office.

  • Environmental Safeguards means the principles and requirements set forth in Chapter V, Appendix 1, and Appendix 4 (as applicable) of the SPS;

  • Other Confidential Consumer Information The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of AHS Rule No. 08-048 concerning access to information. The Contractor agrees to comply with any applicable Vermont State Statute, including but not limited to 12 VSA §1612 and any applicable Board of Health confidentiality regulations. The Contractor shall ensure that all of its employees and subcontractors performing services under this agreement understand the sensitive nature of the information that they may have access to and sign an affirmation of understanding regarding the information’s confidential and non- public nature.

  • Conservation Plan means a document that outlines how a project site will be managed using best management practices to avoid potential negative environmental impacts.

  • Information Technology means computers, software, databases, firmware, middleware, servers, workstations, networks, systems, routers, hubs, switches, data communications lines, and all other information technology equipment and associated documentation.

  • Business Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(a).

  • Consumer Information Any personally identifiable information in any form (written electronic or otherwise) relating to a Mortgagor, including, but not limited to: a Mortgagor’s name, address, telephone number, Mortgage Loan number, Mortgage Loan payment history, delinquency status, insurance carrier or payment information, tax amount or payment information; the fact that the Mortgagor has a relationship with the Seller or Servicer or the originator of the related Mortgage Loan; and any other non-public personally identifiable information.

  • Independent Safeguarding Authority is a non-departmental public body sponsored by the Home Office set up under the provisions of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 and which is responsible for the decision making and maintenance of two lists covering the children’s and vulnerable adults’ sectors

  • Information Resources means any and all computer printouts, online display devices, mass storage media, and all computer-related activities involving any device capable of receiving email, browsing Web sites, or otherwise capable of receiving, storing, managing, or transmitting Data including, but not limited to, mainframes, servers, Network Infrastructure, personal computers, notebook computers, hand-held computers, personal digital assistant (PDA), pagers, distributed processing systems, network attached and computer controlled medical and laboratory equipment (i.e. embedded technology), telecommunication resources, network environments, telephones, fax machines, printers and service bureaus. Additionally, it is the procedures, equipment, facilities, software, and Data that are designed, built, operated, and maintained to create, collect, record, process, store, retrieve, display, and transmit information.
