Warrant Units definition

Warrant Units means the Units issuable upon exercise of this Unit Warrant.

Warrant Units means the Common Units purchasable upon exercise of this Warrant in accordance with the terms of this Warrant (without taking into account any limitations or restrictions on the exercisability of this Warrant, other than with respect to Section 2 or Section 3 of this Warrant).

Warrant Units means the Class A Membership Interests to be purchased upon the exercise hereof, subject to adjustment as provided herein.

• The Purchaser hereby acknowledges that the offer and sale of the Purchase Securities and the Warrant Units to the Purchaser are being made as a private placement pursuant to Section 4(a)(2) of the Securities Act and are not being registered under the Securities Act.
