WARRANTY-PRICE. A. The Contractor warrants the prices quoted in the Offer are no higher than the Contractor's current prices on orders by others for like deliverables under similar terms of purchase.

For breach of viciation of this warranty the Buyer shall have the right in addition to any other right of rights to cancel this contract without liability and to deduct from the contract price, or otherwise recover without liability and to deduct from the contract price, or otherwise recover the full amount of such commission, percentage, brokerage or contingent fee.
WARRANTY-PRICE. Seller warrants that the prices of the items set forth herein do not exceed those charged by Seller to any other customer purchasing the same items in like or similar quantities.
