Warranty Repair Period definition

Warranty Repair Period means [**] days commencing on the date that AIRVANA receives from a Nortel Networks Company either (i) a Product which does not conform to the warranty set forth in Section 8, if the repair or replacement is to be performed at a location of AIRVANA, or (ii) notice that a Product does not conform to the warranty set forth in Section 8 if the repair or replacement is to be performed at a location of a Nortel Networks Company or Customer.
Warranty Repair Period means a period of ten (10) days which shall commence on the date that Seller receives any of the following from TRW, NTI or Affiliate: (i) Hardware which does not conform to the warranty set forth in Section 6.1 if the repair or replacement is to be performed at a location of Seller, or (ii) notice that Hardware does not conform to the warranty set forth in Section 6.1 if the repair or replacement is to be performed at a location of TRW, NTI, Affiliate, or Customer.
Warranty Repair Period as used herein shall mean ten (10) calendar days which shall commence on the date that VOICETEK receives HARDWARE PRODUCTS which do not conform to the warranty set forth in Section 11.1 at VOICETEK's repair facility in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, except that in the case of HARDWARE PRODUCTS destined for locations outside of the United States and Canada, the understanding is that the repaired or replaced item will have been shipped but not necessarily received by a NORTHERN TELECOM COMPANY or a MANUFACTURING LICENSEE within the ten (10) day period as stated herein due to potential extended transit time for shipments outside of North America and which actual transit time would be the shortest period of time available from the carrier designated by NTI, NORTHERN TELECOM COMPANIES or MANUFACTURING LICENSEES.
