Web Based Training definition

Web Based Training defined as a training session delivered via the web for 19 COUNTY identified users of the Application Services. One (1) Web Based Training session will be 20 provided by CONTRACTOR.
Web Based Training. ("WBT") means a Course that can be taken remotely at the pace of the learner (self-paced). A WBT course may be taken using a CD-ROM or over the internet with a browser.
