Website Material definition

Website Material material in the form of still images and text created and posted on Participating Digital Material Publishers’ websites except Excluded Material. All references to the singular may include the plural and vice versa as the context so requires and references to any gender shall include both genders.
Website Material all material acquired or created for inclusion on an Artist Website (including, without limitation, Videos, photography, graphics, technology, so-called “hyperlinks” to Internet Addresses, on-line chats, and electronic press kits or so-called “EPK”s).
Website Material has the meaning given to it in clause 1.4.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.
