Also, amounts derived from contributions paid or accrued after December 31, 1985, in taxable years ending after that date, which are attributable to post-retirement medical benefits allocated to the separate account of a "key employee" as defined in Code Section 419A(d)(3) under a "welfare benefit fund" as defined in Code Section 419(e) ("Welfare Benefit Fund") maintained by the Employer or Affiliate, are treated as Annual Additions to a Defined Contribution Plan.
The Annual Additions which may be credited to a Participant's Accounts under this Plan for any such Limitation Year will not exceed the Maximum Permissible Amount reduced by the Annual Additions credited to the Participant's account or accounts under any other plans and Welfare Benefit Fund, Individual Medical Benefit Account or simplified employee pension for the same Limitation Year.
