Wholesale Charges Scheme means SW's charges scheme setting out its charges for Water Services and Sewerage Services approved by the Commission under section 29A of the 2002 Act, from time to time; and WSA Principles mean the principles set out in paragraph 3 of the Schedule of the Direction as amended from time to time.
