Withdrawal Preliminary Quantity is defined in Article 4.2;

Withdrawal Period has the meaning specified in Section 10.23(b).
Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.
Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;
Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.
Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.
Withdrawal Request means an instruction given via the Client's Trader’s Room on the Company website to withdraw funds from the trading account and transfer them to the Client's External Account or the Account of the Client's Authorized Person, as specified in the instruction.
Single Withdrawal Tranche means the amount of the Loan allocated to the category entitled “Single Withdrawal Tranche” in the table set forth in Part B of Section II of Schedule 1 to this Agreement.
Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.1.
Withdrawal Notice shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.6.
Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;
Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;
Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.
