Withholding tax capture revenues definition

Withholding tax capture revenues means the amount for each calendar year by which the income tax withheld under part 3 of the income tax act of 1967, 1967 PA 281, MCL 206.701 to 206.713, from individuals employed within the eligible property subject to a transformational brownfield plan exceeds the initial withholding tax value. Withholding tax capture revenues shall not include income tax from individuals domiciled within the eligible property or construction period tax capture revenues. To calculate withholding tax capture revenues for a calendar year under a transformational brownfield plan, the state treasurer or the Michigan strategic fund shall do all of the following:
