Work over Unit definition

Work over Unit means work over rig complete with pumps, power packs, and other accessories and equipment as listed in the Contract.
Work over Unit means Work-over Rig complete with pumps, power packs, tank system, hoisting & rotating system and other accessories & equipment as listed in the SOW/TS of the Tender.

Examples of Work over Unit in a sentence

  • Contractor shall be solely responsible for the operation of the Work-over Unit including but not limited to supervising Rig move operations, positioning and rigging up at designated location as required by the Company as well as such operations as may be necessary or desirable for the safety of the Work- over Unit.

  • The Contractor shall at all times be solely responsible for any damage to or loss or destruction of the Work over Unit and its other property irrespective of how such loss, damage or destruction is caused, and even if caused by the negligence of the Company and/or his servants, agents, nominees, assignees, Contractors and subcontractor, and Contractor shall hold harmless and indemnify the Company from and against any expenses, loss or claim related to or resulting from such loss, damages or destruction.

  • Contractor indemnifies OIL, its Co-licensees and its and their affiliates Companies, Agents, employees, invitees, servants, their underwriters or insurers (other than Contractor's) and their employees, agent any claim whatsoever or responsibility for any damage to or loss of the Drilling/ Work over Unit or any other equipment or property of Contractor or Contractor's sub-contractors furnished or intended for use in the operations herein undertaken.

  • If the contractor unreasonably delays in removing the Drilling/ Work over Unit or any part thereof, the OIL may remove it and the contractor shall indemnify and reimburse OIL for all cost and expenses incurred by OIL in connection therewith.

Related to Work over Unit

  • Work Unit means a working department or service, as defined by the Employer.

  • Construction Completion Date means date of the completion of the Construction Period, which shall be at the expiry of a period of 24 (Twenty Four) months from the Compliance Date or such other date (with the consent of the Authority) by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Concession Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by Authority as per Article 14.1.

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • New unit means a unit that commences commercial operation on or after November 15, 1990, including any such unit that serves a generator with a nameplate capacity of 25 MWe or less or that is a simple combustion turbine.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;

  • live-work unit means a unit intended for both residential and non-residential uses concurrently;

  • Outside Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(d).

  • NAV per Unit means the NAV of the Company divided by the number of Units then outstanding.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Project Management Unit and “PMU” each means the Recipient’s unit responsible for the implementation of its Respective Part of the Project referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Substantial Completion Date means the required date for Substantial Completion of the Project. The Substantial Completion Date can be adjusted only by written Change Order.

  • Total Contract Price/Project Cost/TCO means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • FTPS Unit means Units which are purchased through the Fund/SERV(R) trading system or on a manual basis through FTP Services LLC or for which FTP Services LLC is acting as FTPS Unit Servicing Agent.

  • Final Acceptance Date means the date on which Final Acceptance occurs.

  • Project Year means the twelve-month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending twelve months thereafter (the First Project Year), and any twelve-month period beginning at the end of the First Project Year, or the end of subsequent Project Years;

  • COMPLETION TIME means the period by ‘date/month’ specified in the ‘Letter of Intent/Award’ or date mutually agreed upon for handing over of the intended scope of work, the erected equipment/plant which are found acceptable by the Engineer, being of required standard and conforming to the specifications of the Contract.

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Total Contract Price/Project Cost/TCO means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
