FLSA overtime work shall be defined as all work performed pursuant to Section 6.A. (Regular Work Schedule Required) in excess of the normal work period set forth in Section 6.B.2.a. (Fire Suppression Work Periods) (including paid leave and holidays).

In consideration for all labor, services, materials and equipment furnished by COMPANY for the Work at the Work Locations, CUSTOMER shall pay COMPANY the sum specified in estimate attached hereto for each of the Work Periods identified in paragraph 2 above (“Contract Price”).
