Working Capital Agent definition

Working Capital Agent means Congress, in its capacity as agent acting for and on behalf of the Working Capital Lenders pursuant to the Working Capital Loan Agreement, and its successors and assigns (including any replacement or successor agent or additional agent acting for and on behalf of the Working Capital Lenders).
Working Capital Agent means The First National Bank of Boston, as agent for the lenders under the Working Capital Credit Facility or any successor thereto appointed pursuant to the terms of the Working Capital Credit Facility.

Working Capital Agent means The CIT Group/Commercial Services, Inc., in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent for the Working Capital Lenders, its successors and assigns (including any agent appointed to replace such initial agent).
