Working Capital Credit Facility definition

Working Capital Credit Facility means a credit facility provided to the Company, SMC and one or more of their Subsidiaries, all extensions, renewals, refinancings, replacements and refundings thereof, each as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
