Working Capital Termination Date definition

Working Capital Termination Date means the earlier of (a) November 9, 2016 and (b) the date of termination in whole of the Working Capital Commitments pursuant to Section 5.01 or 9.01.
Working Capital Termination Date means the earlier of January 1, 2004 and the date on which all of the Term Notes shall have been paid in full in accordance with their terms.
