Working Capital Note definition

Working Capital Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of any Working Capital Lender, in substantially the form of Exhibit A-4 hereto, evidencing the aggregate indebtedness of the Borrower to such Lender resulting from the Working Capital Advances made by such Lender.

Working Capital Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of any Working Capital Lender, in substantially the form of Exhibit A-1 hereto, evidencing the aggregate indebtedness of the Borrower to such Lender resulting from the Working Capital Advances made by such Lender, as amended.

Working Capital Note shall have the meaning given such term in Section 4.5.

Examples of Working Capital Note in a sentence

• Interest on the Working Capital Loans shall accrue on the aggregate outstanding principal amount thereof at the rate set forth in the Working Capital Note with respect thereto, and shall be payable monthly in arrears as set forth therein.

• Each Working Capital Note shall be dated the date hereof and shall bear interest on the unpaid principal amount thereof at the applicable interest rate per annum specified in Section 4.06.

More Definitions of Working Capital Note

Working Capital Note means any of such Working Capital Notes.
