Working Capital Note definition

Working Capital Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of any Working Capital Lender, in substantially the form of Exhibit A-4 hereto, evidencing the aggregate indebtedness of the Borrower to such Lender resulting from the Working Capital Advances made by such Lender.

Working Capital Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of any Working Capital Lender, in substantially the form of Exhibit A-2 hereto, evidencing the aggregate indebtedness of the Borrower to such Lender resulting from the Working Capital Advances, Letter of Credit Advances and Swing Line Advances made by such Lender to the extent required to be issued pursuant to Section 2.15.

Working Capital Note has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02.

More Definitions of Working Capital Note

Working Capital Note means the Working Capital Promissory Note, in the amount of the Working Capital Loan, to be made and delivered by Borrower to Lender pursuant hereto, in a form acceptable to Lender.

Working Capital Note means any of such Working Capital Notes.
