Works Fees definition

Works Fees means the actual costs incurred by the Highway Authority (utilising its standard charge out rates) in relation to:
Works Fees has the meaning ascribed to it under the section headed “B. The Original Agreement and the Supplemental AgreementConsideration and basis of determination of Consideration” in this announcement
Works Fees means the fees payable to Northwards under clause 10 in connection with the delivery of the Stock Maintenance and Investment Programme.

Examples of Works Fees in a sentence

  • For each of the payments of the said Works Fees and Measure Fees, such payment shall be made within 30 days from the receipt of the tax invoice for the relevant payment by Guangdong Land Shenzhen from the Contractor.

  • Consent Form the document at Annex 6 noting the Performance(s), Rights, Work(s), Fee(s) and/or Performance Fee(s).

  • The Contractor must (and must ensure that its Subcontractors) keep true and accurate accounts, records and other evidence for a period of seven years after the end of the Term of the Mobilisation and Transition In Services and Services it provided and Scheduled Payment Amounts, Ad Hoc Services Fees, Waste Disposal Services Fees, Requested Services Costs and Asset Replacement and Minor Works Fees it received under this Agreement (Records).

  • If the Charges, or any Occasional Works Fees or any other fees payable by you to us pursuant to the Contract are not discharged in full, either by deducting from your registered payment account, or other payment options, within 7 days of receiving notification in writing of your obligation to pay the Charges, you may be liable for interest at the rate of 4% per annum above the current EURIBOR (Euro Interbank Offered Rate) on outstanding amounts.

Related to Works Fees

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.

  • Development Fees means fees imposed to offset capital costs of providing public infrastructure, public safety or other public services to a development and authorized pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-463.05, A.R.S. Section 11-1102 or A.R.S. Title 48 regardless of the jurisdiction to which the fees are paid.

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Annual Fees means annual Trustee Fees and annual fees related to monitoring Tax Increment, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.
