Worst Performance definition

Worst Performance means Final Reference Price divided by Initial Reference Price in respect of the Reference Item(k) for which such ratio is lowest
Worst Performance means the worst performance of the relevant Basket Components as determined by the Calculation Agent, with the performance of each Basket Component being calculated by division of the corresponding Final Fixing Level by the corresponding Initial Fixing Level.
Worst Performance means, in respect of a ST Valuation Date, the Performance for the Reference Item(s) with the lowest or equal lowest Performance for any Reference Item in the Basket in respect of such ST Valuation Date.

  • The Security Holder receives delivery of the Basket Component with the Worst Performance (final) in a quantity expressed by the Ratio per Security applicable for such Basket Component.
