XOMA Technology definition

XOMA Technology means the XOMA Background Technology and the XOMA Collaboration Technology.
XOMA Technology means the XOMA Patents and XOMA Know-How and XOMA’s interest in the Joint Invention Patents.
XOMA Technology means the Licensed Patents and the Licensed Know-How that are licensed to Viventia under the Xoma License Agreement.

  • Technology means any and all technical information, specifications, drawings, records, documentation, works of authorship or other creative works, ideas, algorithms, models, databases, ciphers/keys, systems architecture, network protocols, research, development, and manufacturing information, software (including object code and source code), application programming interfaces (APIs), innovations, mask works, logic designs, circuit designs, technical data, processes and methods.

  • Licensed IP means the Intellectual Property owned by any person other than the Corporation and to which the Corporation has a license which has not expired or been terminated;

  • Background IP means all IP and IP Rights owned or controlled by Seller prior to the effective date or outside the scope of this Contract.

  • Foreground IP means IP and IP Rights conceived, developed or created by, for or with Seller either alone or with third parties, in the performance of this Contract, including modifications to any Buyer Specification suggested by Seller.
