Xxxxx Contract definition

Xxxxx Contract means that certain Gas Transportation, Processing and Purchase Agreement dated October 1, 2012, by and among Southcross Marketing Company Ltd., Xxxxx Xxxxx Properties, Inc., and BP America Production Company, as amended.
