  • This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company, CSC Holdings, the Xxxxx Family Affiliates and the Tatta Family Affiliates and the respective successors and permitted assigns of the Company, CSC Holdings, the Xxxxx Family Affiliates and the Tatta Family Affiliates.
