Xxxxx Fargo Account definition

Xxxxx Fargo Account means that certain lockbox account at Xxxxx Fargo Bank, held in the name of Holdings, with account number 41238117173, into which Servicer shall direct all check payments, if applicable, under the applicable Portfolio Documents.

• On each Settlement Date prior to the occurrence of the Amortization Date, the Servicer shall remit to the Gotham Account and the Xxxxx Fargo Account, as applicable, each of the Conduit’s and Xxxxx Fargo’s respective Percentage of the amounts set aside during the preceding Accrual Period that have not been subject to a Reinvestment and apply such amounts (if not previously paid in accordance with Section 2.1) to reduce the Obligations.

• Funds deposited into the Xxxxx Fargo Account, the XX Xxxxxxx Collection Account or the Collection Account, as applicable (“Account Funds”), are the property of Parent or XX Xxxxxxx, as applicable, and are subject to the security interest of Xxxxx Fargo.
