Xxxxx Options definition

Xxxxx Options means the outstanding options to purchase Xxxxx Shares granted under or otherwise subject to the Xxxxx Stock Option Plan, as set forth in the Xxxxx Disclosure Letter;

Xxxxx Options means stock options to acquire Xxxxx Shares;

Xxxxx Options shall have the meaning given such term in the definition of the term "Change in Control".

Examples of Xxxxx Options in a sentence

• Current expiry limit: 6,000 contracts in the last five business days, up to and including the expiry day in the spot month, inclusive of futures-equivalent position in Xxxxx Options.

Xxxxx Options means the 1,048,212 common shares of the Company subject to an option to purchase granted to Xxxxx Xxxxx on December 1, 2014 and approved by the TSX pursuant to Rule 613 of the TSX Company Manual;
