Old Options definition

Old Options means, collectively, all issued, outstanding, and unexpired options to purchase (i) Old Common Stock outstanding as of the Petition Date, and any and all "puts" or similar rights or claims relating in any manner to such options, including, but not limited to, the options issued to Bruno Claude pursuant to section 3(c) of his employment agreement, made as of October 16, 2000 or (ii) common stock of NTL CC or NTL Delaware.
Old Options means the outstanding options to purchase equity interests in Old Peapod, which options are being exchanged in the Conversion for options to purchase a like number of shares of Common Stock in the Company.
Old Options means the options to purchase shares of Old Common Stock granted pursuant to the Old Stock Option Plans and any other outstanding options, warrants or other rights to acquire any such shares.
