Xxxxxx Entities definition

Xxxxxx Entities means YPI, YIP, the SAE Entity Members and the Single Asset Entities collectively.

Xxxxxx Entities means Parent, any Subsidiary of Parent and any other entity in which any one or more of them has an ownership interest at any time during Executive’s employment with the Company and during the Restriction Period whether such entity is in the United States or elsewhere.

Xxxxxx Entities means, collectively, Xxxxxx and any of its subsidiaries that are listed as Providers on Schedule A or as Recipients on Schedule B.

• If the Closing occurs, the REIT and the Operating Partnership shall be solely responsible for all transaction costs and expenses of the REIT, the Operating Partnership and the Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Entities in connection with the Formation Transactions and the IPO, which include, but are not limited to, the underwriting discounts and commissions.

• During the term of this Agreement and at all times thereafter, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in or assist others in engaging in any unfair trade practices with respect to the Xxxxxx Entities.

• Executive further acknowledges that the Xxxxxx Entities operate and compete internationally and that the Xxxxxx Entities will be harmed by the unauthorized disclosure or use of Confidential Information regardless of where such disclosure or use occurs, and that therefore this confidentiality agreement is not limited to any single state or other jurisdiction.

Xxxx Company, Xxxxxx Products, Inc. (Ontario), Xxxxxx Products de Mexico, Rutland Tool & Supply Company, and any other entity in which any one or more of them has an ownership interest at any time during Executive’s employment with the Company and during the Restriction Period whether such entity is in the United States or elsewhere.

Xxxxxx Entities means Xxxxxx X. XxXxxx, International Integrated Industries, LLC, XxXxxx Management Corporation, XxXxxx Management, L.P., McMark, L.P., MDA Equity Performance, Global Asset Management, L.P., Executive Flite Management, Inc., SMM Charitable Unitrust and TLC Family L.P., Xxxxxxx X. XxXxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxx X. XxXxxx, Xxx X. XxXxxx and their affiliates.

Xxxxxx Entities means, collectively, Xxxxxx Holdings and CBS Xxxxxx.

Xxxxxx Entities means, collectively, McLeodUSA Telecommunications Services, Inc., McLeodUSA Holdings, Inc., McLeodUSA Integrated Business Systems, Inc. and McLeodUSA Market Response, Inc.
