Xxxxxx Pipeline means the 8” crude oil pipeline extending from Xxxxxx station to Lovington, New Mexico, owned by HEP Pipeline.

Xxxxxx Pipeline means the 37-mile Crude Oil pipeline from Xxxxxx station to Lovington, New Mexico (8-inch).

Xxxxxx Pipeline means the approximately 1,000 foot, 24 inch diameter natural gas pipeline connecting the Forney Project to the pipeline owned by Xxxxxx Xxxxxx North Texas Pipeline, L.P. and the bi-directional pipeline owned by Atmos Pipeline – Texas, a division of Atmos Energy Corporation.

Xxxxxx Pipeline means the existing pipeline constructed for the transportation of Carbon Dioxide and extending from McElmo Dome to the Delivery Point.

Xxxxxx Pipeline means the 8” crude oil pipeline extending from Xxxxxx station to Lovington, New Mexico, owned by HEP Pipeline. “Xxxxxx Pipeline Purchase Agreement” means that certain Asset Purchase Agreement dated as of December 1, 2009, by and among HFC, Navajo Pipeline and HEP Pipeline, pursuant to which Navajo Pipeline agreed to transfer and convey to HEP Pipeline, and HEP Pipeline agreed to acquire, the Xxxxxx Pipeline.

Xxxxxx Pipeline means the three (3) lateral pipelines and associated pipeline easements located adjacent to the VEX Pipeline in Victoria County, Texas, consisting of approximately nine (9) miles of six-inch (6”) pipeline and five (5) miles of four-inch (4”) pipeline and such other assets applicable thereto set forth on Appendix (c).
