Xxxxxxx Contracts means the following Contracts to which any Party or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates is a party or by which it or any of its Affiliates or any of their respective Assets is bound, except for any such Contract or part thereof that is expressly contemplated not to be transferred or assigned by any member of the Dover Group to Xxxxxxx pursuant to any provision of this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement: (i) any Contract that relates exclusively to the Xxxxxxx Business; (ii) any Contract or part thereof that is otherwise expressly contemplated pursuant to this Agreement or any of the Ancillary Agreements to be retained by, transferred or assigned to, any member of the Xxxxxxx Group; and (iii) the Contracts listed or described on Schedule 1.1(65).

Related to Xxxxxxx Contracts

  • Supply Contracts means contracts having as their object the purchase, lease, rental or hire-purchase, with or without an option to buy, of products. A supply contract may include, as an incidental matter, siting and installation operations;
