Xxxxxxxxx Employment Agreement definition

Xxxxxxxxx Employment Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6.2(x).

Xxxxxxxxx Employment Agreement means the Employment Agreement to be entered into by ECG NewCo and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx substantially in the form of Exhibit C.
