Xxxxxxxxxx Note definition

Xxxxxxxxxx Note means that certain promissory note, dated July 8, 2006, in the outstanding principal amount of $75,000 (as in effect as of the date hereof, without any increase in the principal thereof or the interest rate thereon, and without any waiver, amendment, supplement, restatement or modification thereof, other than to the extend the term thereof) issued by Velocity Energy Partners LP to Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx; and “Xxxxxxxxxx Indebtedness” means the obligation evidenced by the Xxxxxxxxxx Note.

Xxxxxxxxxx Note has the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(a)(xiv).

Xxxxxxxxxx Note means that certain Promissory Note in the original principal amount of $8,000,000.00 executed by Xxxxxxxxxx Alameda Associates, L.P,, a California limited partnership (“Xxxxxxxxxx”) to the order of Catellus Residential Group, Inc. (“CRG”) whose rights as payee thereunder were assigned to Borrower pursuant to that certain Assignment and Assumption (Xxxxxxxxxx Loan Documents) between Borrower and CRG, dated of even date herewith (“Borrower Xxxxxxxxxx Loan Assignment”).

Xxxxxxxxxx Note means the $1,650,000 promissory note dated as of April 30, 1999 issued by Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx in favor of the Bank.
