Yen Lenders definition

Yen Lenders means the Persons listed on Schedule 2.01(c) and any other Person that shall become a Yen Lender pursuant to an Assignment and Assumption, other than any such Person that ceases to be a Yen Lender pursuant to an Assignment and Assumption.
Yen Lenders means each financial institution listed on Schedule 4 (List of Yen Lenders) (as amended from time to time), as well as any financial institution that has become a “Yen Lender” hereto by the execution of an assignment or transfer to an Eligible Assignee in accordance with Clause 23 (Changes to the Lenders), other than, in each case, any such financial institution that has ceased to be a party hereto pursuant to an assignment or transfer. For the purposes of this Agreement, “Lender” includes each Yen Lender unless the contract otherwise requires.
Yen Lenders means the financial institutions that are parties to the Yen Loan Agreement.

Examples of Yen Lenders in a sentence

  • Each Revolving Yen Loan shall be made as part of a Borrowing consisting of Revolving Loans denominated in Yen and made by the Yen Lenders ratably in accordance with their respective Yen Commitments.

  • Each reduction of the Facility Commitments, the Designated Currency Commitments or the Yen Commitments shall be made ratably among the Lenders, the Designated Currency Lenders or the Yen Lenders, as the case may be, in accordance with their respective Facility Commitments, Designated Currency Commitments or Yen Commitments, as applicable.

  • Subject to Section 4.2.4, each such prepayment shall be applied to the Yen Loans of Yen Lenders in accordance with their respective Applicable Tranche Percentages.

  • At any time that Base Rate Loans are outstanding, Yen Funding Agent shall notify each applicable Yen Borrower and Yen Lenders of any change in U.S. Funding Agent’s “prime rate” used in determining the Base Rate for Yen Committed Loan denominated in Dollars promptly following the public announcement of such change.

  • Subject to Section 4.2.4, each such prepayment shall be applied to the Yen Committed Loans of Yen Lenders in accordance with their respective Applicable Tranche Percentages.

  • Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each applicable Yen Borrower and Yen Lenders of the interest rate applicable to any Interest Period for Eurocurrency Rate Loans upon determination of such interest rate.

  • U.S. Lenders means the financial institutions listed on the signature pages of the U.S. Credit Agreement and their respective successors and assigns.

  • Tranche B Lenders means the Lenders who hold Tranche B Loans or who have Tranche B Commitments.

  • Bank Lenders means the banks and financial institutions party to the Bank Credit Agreement.

  • Revolving Lenders means, as of any date of determination, Lenders having a Revolving Loan Commitment.

  • Required Revolving Lenders means, as of any date of determination, Revolving Credit Lenders holding more than 50% of the sum of the (a) Total Revolving Credit Outstandings (with the aggregate amount of each Revolving Credit Lender’s risk participation and funded participation in L/C Obligations and Swing Line Loans being deemed “held” by such Revolving Credit Lender for purposes of this definition) and (b) aggregate unused Revolving Credit Commitments; provided that the unused Revolving Credit Commitment of, and the portion of the Total Revolving Credit Outstandings held or deemed held by, any Defaulting Lender shall be excluded for purposes of making a determination of Required Revolving Lenders.

  • Term Loan Lenders means the lenders from time to time party to the Term Loan Agreement.

  • Revolving Credit Lenders means, collectively, all of the Lenders with a Revolving Credit Commitment.

  • U.S. Swingline Lender means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as lender of U.S. Swingline Loans hereunder.

  • Existing Lenders as defined in the recitals hereto.

  • Swingline Lenders means JPMorgan Chase Bank and any other Lender that agrees to act as a Swingline Lender, each in its capacity as a lender of Swingline Loans hereunder.

  • Revolving Facility Lender means a Lender (including an Incremental Revolving Facility Lender) with a Revolving Facility Commitment or with outstanding Revolving Facility Loans.
