Yield Maintenance Payment Amount. With respect to each Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of the amounts described in Sections 5.01(h)(i) through (vii).

For the Class 5-A-6 Certificates and for any Distribution Date on or before the related Final Yield Maintenance Payment Date, the lesser of (a) the amounts received by the Trustee pursuant to the Yield Maintenance Agreement with respect to the Class 5-A-6 Certificates for such Distribution Date and deposited by the Trustee into the Yield Maintenance Account in accordance with Section 3.16 and (b) the product of (i) the excess, if any, of (x) LIBOR (as determined on the LIBOR Determination Date by the Cap Counterparty), subject to a maximum of 8.950%, over (y) 4.950%, (ii) the lesser of (a) the Class 5-A-6 Principal Balance immediately prior to such Distribution Date and (b) the related Yield Maintenance Notional Balance for such Distribution Date and (iii) one-twelfth.
Yield Maintenance Payment Amount. With respect to each Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the amount necessary to maintain or restore the Overcollateralization Target Amount, (ii) any Allocated Realized Loss Amounts remaining unpaid, (iii) any Monthly Interest Distributable Amount and Unpaid Interest Shortfall Amount not paid out of Available Funds and (iv) any Basis Risk Shortfalls for such date.

Examples of Yield Maintenance Payment Amount in a sentence

  • On the same Distribution Date as to which a shortfall exists with respect to a Yield Maintenance Payment Amount owed by the Yield Maintenance Provider as a result of its failure to make payments pursuant to the Yield Maintenance Agreement, amounts necessary to cover such shortfall shall be removed from the Collateral Account, remitted to the Yield Maintenance Account and distributed as all or a portion of such Yield Maintenance Payment Amount pursuant to Section 5.01(h).

Related to Yield Maintenance Payment Amount

  • Yield Maintenance Amount means, with respect to any Note, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Discounted Value of the Called Principal of such Note over the sum of (i) such Called Principal plus (ii) interest accrued thereon as of (including interest due on) the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal. The Yield-Maintenance Amount shall in no event be less than zero.

  • Yield Maintenance Premium means the amount (if any) which, when added to the remaining principal amount of this Note, will be sufficient to purchase U.S. Obligations providing the required Scheduled Defeasance Payments; and
